The Boulder Paragliding Club's mission is threefold

First and foremost, to provide a convenient peer-to-peer social network to metro area paragliders to maximize their enjoyment and growth in the sport, and complement their formal instruction.

Second, to successfully represent the interests of local paragliders on issues with other organizations as appropriate, such as the national USHPA's body and the community.

Finally, to actively promote the sport of paragliding to others and the community, to increase participation, understanding, and enjoyment for all.

Membership in BoPaC provides paragliders in the Denver-Boulder metro area with the social and informational network necessary to maximize their enjoyment of the sport.  People like you to learn from, to fly with, to take a clinic with, and to go with to learn a new site.  People like you to go to for advice on instructors, flying sites, equipment, techniques, and trips.  And people like you who will probably become friends beyond paragliding.

Membership in BoPaC is the simplest way to communicate you are “out there” as a paraglider in the area via a listing on our site, and connect with others when you want.

Yearly membership dues are nominal at

• $30 per year for a Full voting membership
• $15 per year for an Associate non-voting membership

Either membership gets you a full listing on our Members page, making it easy for others to be aware of your participation and availability in the sport.  Your dues go primarily to support member communications via this website, as well as incidental costs for special activities during the year.

Please notice that being a member of the U.S. Hang Gliding and Paragliding Association is required for membership at BoPaC.
